VSCO is seeking a staff-level ML engineer reporting directly to the Head of Data (me). This is a strategically important role, helping anchor a team that will be integrating AI functionality across our product surface.

This role is hands-on, and there is a truly broad spectrum of problem areas to think about, from search and recommendations, building genAI models on our PB scale corpus of high-quality photographs to designing novel AI tools to improve the edits and workflows of serious photographers.
